El Rosal Bakery Annualy hosts a free Diá de los Muertos celebration in Santa Cruz, CA inviting the community to honor their ancestors, enjoy music and dance performances, and of course share in the abundant pan dulce (Mexican sweet bread).
Megan also helped create content and a social media presence for El Rosal Bakery during the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure the small Latina owned business would continue to bring warm bread and delicious tamales to the community.
